9joya Terms and Conditions

The meanings of the following words and terms used in these Terms are defined below. Please read each definition for a clear understanding.

The following eligibility conditions must be met to open an account on the 9joya platform. Without meeting these conditions, it will not be possible to create or use an account.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use 9joya's services. Creating an account for minors is strictly prohibited. We may request a copy of a government-issued ID at any time for age verification.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. Operating multiple accounts from the same address, device, or payment method will be considered a violation of the rules and all associated accounts may be closed.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. The following information must be provided correctly:

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Date of birth
• Email address
• Mobile number
• Payment method details

Providing false or misleading information may result in failed account verification and the account may be closed.

Maintaining the security of your 9joya account is your own responsibility. Follow the guidelines below to ensure proper use of your account.

3.1 Password Protection

Keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Use a strong password and change it regularly. Do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Responsibility for Account Use

You are fully responsible for all transactions and activities carried out through your account. Allowing anyone else to use your account or transferring your account is strictly prohibited.

3.3 KYC Verification

For security and fraud prevention purposes, we may request identity verification from users at any time. The following documents may be required for verification:

• Photocopy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address
• Proof of ownership of payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank account)

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on the 9joya platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). We ensure the use of secure and fast payment methods.

4.1 Deposit Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Standard processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Large withdrawals may be delayed until account verification (KYC) is complete
• Wagering requirements must be met before winnings earned from bonus funds can be withdrawn

4.3 Transaction Security

5.2 General Terms for Using Bonuses

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met
• If an active bonus is in place at the time of claiming, a new bonus will not apply
• Each bonus is valid for a specific period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

Participating in 9joya's five-tier VIP program gives you weekly cashback. The cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold: Up to 0.7% cashback per week
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% cashback per week

VIP tiers increase gradually based on player activity and contribution. Contact our support team to learn more about the specific benefits of each tier.

All gaming and betting activities conducted on the 9joya platform are governed by the following rules.

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. 9joya reserves the right to void or adjust a bet if a technical error affects the result.

6.2 System Errors and Technical Issues

If a game result is incorrect due to a software, server, or network issue, that result will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded. 9joya is not obligated to pay out unexpectedly large winnings declared as a result of a technical error.

6.3 Fair Play

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Rules for betting on cricket, football, baseball, and other sports:

11.2 User-Requested Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. Any pending transactions and valid balances will be settled before the account is closed.

11.3 Consequences of Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited. However, any fair balance deposited with the user's own funds may be returned depending on the circumstances after an investigation is completed.

9joya reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will make an effort to communicate the main updates via the platform or by email.

12.1 Effect of Changes

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. It is therefore recommended that you review this page regularly.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid by a court or authority, only that provision will be considered void. All remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
